NIRVANA warrants only to the original purchaser of our kits, batteries, and accessories (excluding disposables) that the product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  1. modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than NIRVANA;
  2. physical abuse to, accidental dropping, or misuse of the product or operation in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
  3. exposure to fire or water;
  4. damage caused by refilling product with e-liquid;
  5. damage caused from fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster;
  6. any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.

Terms of warranty

If the product is not working within the warranty period, please deliver it to an authorized service service center with the warranty. Please ensure that you have the original warranty card issued during purchase and that it is properly filled out (model, date of purchase, signature and stamp of dealer) for the warranty to be valid.

The warranty in no way limits the rights of the consumer, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

Transportation returns shall be paid by the customer. Returns to the customer shall be paid by NIRVANA.

No risk! We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your NIRVANA product, that we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits (except Express Kit). If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit for any reason, we will refund your original purchase price (minus original shipping fees)—no questions asked!

Please Note: Due to strict health standards we do not offer refunds on opened E-Liquids, opened Flavor Cartridges or opened Disposable e-cigarettes. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits or kits with missing items, or items in poor condition, may only be partially refunded. All returned merchandise must be shipped by you within 15-days of the original purchase date with original containers in a padded envelope. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase or, by cash – if originally paid in cash – with a receipt.
